My test of any TV or movies these days is can I not fall asleep in my easy chair watching it. Didn't make it through this prequel. Did make it through Midnight Mass, edge of the seat, in fact, after the slow start.

P.S. A side note. Fell asleep twice not quite watching Spring Breakers a few years ago, once in the theater, once at home, but then watched it all the way through right after getting up one morning when I was wide awake. It was fucking great!
