Whoa1 I read your piece. Didn't sound right so went and looked it up. This is the Repbulicans plus Manchin that's killing the child tax credit. The Democrats are hamstrung by the constant obstructionism of the Republicans and one traitor in their ranks but you're blaming the Dems? Even blaming Manchin is beside the poiont. There's fifty Republicans united against the American people and now even you are saying it's the other guys' fault?
