$SPY calls registered a another 100% gain in the #SimpleOptionsDayTrade — 06/10/2024

They say buying options is a “fool’s game” and day trading options is impossible. So let’s say right off — they are wrong about that.

The Simple Options Strategy

TRADES are based on this simple day-trading strategy to be on the long side of the calls and puts for day trades; and referenced in this story — I told a guy how to make 100% day trading options and I doubt he believes me.

The open signal is clear and truly simple.

If the call options are above their open, buy the calls; if the put options are above their open, buy the puts.

That’s it, but use a stop-loss to control risk.

6/10/2024 — End of the day…

Not much to recap. SPY opened with a gap down but turn in the first half hour and trudged higher for the rest of the day

Today’s SPY 532CALL racked up the 100% profit target set by the simple options strategy above.

Despite a falling NYSI, and a NYMO that came into the day pointing down (it is up now, in negative territory), stocks in my Nifty50StockList exhibited classic “buy the dip” action

On the close 42 of the 50 were up since the open, led by ALAR up 7.4% on the day, ANF up 60%, CLS also up 6%.
