The #SimpleOptionsDayTrade calls out a couple 100% winners and then some—$SPY, $QQQ — 06/17/2024

They say buying options is a “fool’s game” and day trading options is impossible. So let’s say right off — they are wrong about that.

The Simple Options Strategy

TRADES are based on this simple day-trading strategy to be on the long side of the calls and puts for day trades; and referenced in this story — I told a guy how to make 100% day trading options and I doubt he believes me.

The open signal is clear and truly simple.

If the call options are above their open, buy the calls; if the put options are above their open, buy the puts.

That’s it, but use a stop-loss to control risk.

6/17/2024 — End of the day…

Despite a falling NYSI, and a NYMO that came into the day pointing down (it is up now, in negative territory), stocks in my Nifty50StockList continue to exhibit classic “buy the dip” action which going forward is even more bullish.

On the close 39 of the 50 stock in the list were up, with 36 were up since the open, led by the Bitcoin miner IREN with a 13% on the day; ROOT, the number one stock on the list, and a laggard until today, jumped 7.3%; among the biggies, TSLA put on 5.2% since the open.
